The Rangers are playing in their own Benton Invitational Tournament. They lost the first game in a thriller against Sesser-Valier. The score was 47 to 42; the Rangers record is now 11-7, and they're on a three-game losing streak. They'll be looking to get back on track against Vandalia at 5:30 PM in the Benton Invitational.

Rangerettes take down the Herrin Tigers in overtime. The Rangerettes couldn't play their normal offense, with Ensley Tedeschi at point was 2/12 from inside the three point line. But guess who won it for the Rangerettes, wrong! It was Bryleigh Bates, she scored the game winner in overtime at the buzzer. With Bates game winner the Rangerettes win 31-29, that makes them 16-4 (6-0). They'll be playing the Carterville Lady Lions next, looking for some vengeances.
